Services

Traceability, structural maintenance, underwater inspection, certifications and more

  1. Crane lifting a component at a farm site

    01

    Structural maintenance

We carry out maintenance, repair and replacement of components on structures at farm sites, including large-scale maneuvers with vessel support for assembly, transport, installation or removal of structures and related elements. The aim is to keep functionality, safety and operational continuity.

  2. Vessel alongside cages and walkways at a farm site

    02

    Underwater inspection

We inspect mooring systems, structures and submerged components with BlueROV2 and DTG3 ROV equipment, producing visual records and technical evidence to assess condition and support decision-making.

  3. Netting and structure of an aquaculture module

    03

    Nets

We have specialized personnel for netting work at farm sites, including ROV inspection, cleaning, detection of damage and wear, repair, maintenance, installation and removal. We also provide operational support during maneuvers, helping keep nets in proper working condition.

  4. Aquaculture module walkway with buoys and mooring

    04

    Traceability

Marking and traceability of aquaculture structural elements from design and identification through installation on site, including surveys, verification of manufacturer codes, and management and installation of identification plates.

  5. Work tools on a metal walkway of a module

    05

    Thickness measurement on marine structures

We carry out ultrasonic thickness measurements to assess steel loss from corrosion, verifying compliance with regulatory safety margins and helping prevent critical structural failures.

Regulation and compliance

At Fishmaster we deliver our services in line with current regulations and the technical requirements of each operation. We have experience with Exempt Resolution No. 1821 and its amendments, integrating traceability, inspection and verification criteria on floating structures and mooring systems.

This regulatory framework is the basis of our technical processes. It allows us to produce reliable, verifiable records, support quality certifications together with certifying bodies, and contribute to safer, more controlled operations at farm sites.

Benefits

  • Legal and regulatory risk mitigation

We ensure proper documentation and technical backing of your structures through specialized engineering studies, meeting environmental and maritime authority requirements (Res. 1821).

  • Operational continuity and asset integrity

We work to keep net pens and mooring systems structurally sound under demanding oceanographic conditions. The priority is operational continuity and reducing the risk of biomass loss from structural failure or collapse.

  • Net cleaning

We promote an optimal growing environment for the fish.

  • Underwater efficiency

We provide accurate, reliable information in underwater operations, with clear diagnostics that support strategic decisions and reduce intervention time at the farm site.
